RMC Quilts
Introducing our first block in the Port Huron/ Fort Gratiot area the Sailboat block showcased at RMC Quilts.
Jacki Bennett began quilting in 1997 with Linda Anderson owner of the former Sew Elegant Quilt Shop, who purchased a long arm quilt machine. At this time, very little was known about long arm machine quilting. Jackie and Linda were pioneers in this field, self-teaching free motion quilting.
In 2001, Jackie started RMC Quilts in her home, eventually expanding her business to a local building in 2014.
In 2022, she moved back to where she began, relocating to the previous site of Sew Elegant. Today, Jackie and her daughter Sarah, own and operate RMC Quilts known as the “quilt finishing center”.
Jacki’s passion is seeing people succeed, helping them achieve their quilting goals. Jacki’s heart lies in her charitable contributions for local needs.
